The dirt-cheap hotels: Filthy loos and mouldy mattresses raise fears over budget chains

Budget hotels have been accused of providing guests with stained bedding and dirty bathrooms. One hotel had mould growing on a mattress while a duvet at another had an apparent blood stain on it.
